Amies Residential is owned and managed by Richard Amies. Richard offers more than 35 years industry knowledge, in all facets of residential design, with multi discipline skills predominantly in Renovations, Additions, Alterations and Re-Cladding Projects.
As well as being a qualified and experienced Designer and Draughtsman, Richard has practical experience as a Builder, giving him a more in depth understanding of building practicalities, resulting in economical and well thought out designs.
Richards attention to detail, clear and concise drawings and a personalised Designer/Client relationship throughout the Design/Drawing process results in an informed and smooth running outcome.
Richard is a Licensed Building Practitioner holding licenses in Design, Carpentry and Site Supervision.
He predominantly services the Eastern and Southern Suburbs.
